America 250
The United States will celebrate it's semiquincentennial on July 4, 2026. The 250th anniversary of the United States Declaration of Independence.

Bee Line Chapter will be working to honor the men and women who helped to achieve our independence through community education, ceremonies and ???.
We are working with local municipalities to install pole banners honoring revolutionary war patriots. The banners will be raised from June 1, 2025 - July 10, 2025 and again on the same dates in 2026.
The Daughters of Bee Line conducted a grave marking for a female Patriot. The ceremony honored the service of Mary Douglass Howell Gardner for her patriotic support of American soldiers during the Revolution. The graveside ceremony took place at Zion Episcopal Church, in the home parish founded by the Washington family in what is now Jefferson County, West Virginia.
